I hate it when: Smaller manufacturers need to pay too much for maintenance, their key people may be retiring, and this manufacturing cell concept puts them out of business when one of their critical machines goes down.
I love it when:
They can learn to get out of the breakdown mode, so they can keep their critical equipment running instead of fixing it when it breaks.
So I:
Offer Products, Services, and Training to smaller manufacturers that lift them out of break down mode, often with outside funding.
